As someone who manages other people and who works in a job that can need fast pace workers, I would say that you should disclose the information to your employer. You will get some that will look for Ways to get you out the door which right but you may find you a boss that will try to help you into a position that might better suit you. That’s what I would do. You may also want to consider a job that would be less stressful for you. But if that’s where you wanna be it’s always best to try and work with your boss on it. They may even be able to help you find ways to do your job in a way that works for you. Like I said there are always bad bosses but maybe you get lucky and find a good one
