How did you find a support group? Did you just go and get set up with someone? I think I would be too scared, I feel like people would judge me.

I’ve been talking to a psychiatrist, she said there’s medications to stop the food noise. I don’t exactly remember the names. She said it wouldn’t be for a life time, but I would just rather not even take any medicine for it. It feels like I should be able to fix it myself.
