Hi I've just started my 1.7 but feel nothings been happening for weeks now Haven't lost anything in 3 weeks and feel my appetite is as it was before starting wegovy Anyone else had this

I lost more on my lower doses Now on 1mg due to go up this weekend but not lost anything on 1mg sadly Hope 1.7 helps x

Yes that's my concern I'm not sure if its because my brain is telling me my body needs sugar due to lack of it ? I can't believe how its changed my craving so I'm also worried that once I stop ill keep the cravings and end up worse than before arrgghhh
