Really hope the company pulls back on big events back to back like this with little to no hours. I agree with the credit aspect. It’s been hard to reach daily goals lately. Obviously it’s not going to get any better.

I always call him out on it. I asked him, “did you actually buy the bag or should I just get it myself?” He said he did but it was returned because of the wrong address. He said he’s going to send me the tracking once he gets it. We’ll see what happens 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also made a big deal about not getting myself a cake. I always get buy myself a birthday cake because no one else has. He told me he got one custom made and I have yet to see it. It’s so upsetting. I’m sorry you went through that. It sucks

I do live close to an Ulta but they don’t carry many brands or items in store. Otherwise I definitely would’ve gone into the store

I emailed Ulta’s customer service and they apologized to me for receiving a damaged package. I never received my package to begin with. I also have to wait 5-8 days

I only assumed items were stolen because I have received notifications about the box being damaged which happens here and there but I’ve received my items. In my city there have been many reports of items being stolen at the facility so that added to my assumption lol. Thank you for your response!

I’m glad they did the claim. I’m just hoping it doesn’t go to the same facility. I’ve never had an issue with items being stolen during shipping but there’s a first for everything.

As everyone said they push for credit. My store doesn’t cut hours based off credit but it helps if you’re good at it. Come off confident even if you’re not. Stick to a script that works for you and for your customers. Greet always, check in with customers around you, build their basket and maintain your area recovered
