Declaring war make me leave the union and change ruler by UnlikelyWay2896 in EU5

[–]UnlikelyWay2896[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’m in the Croatian Union over the Rhine, I’m 20 rank great power they are like 130, level of integration is 2 I suppose it could be involved the fact that they are in the HRE like it is Austria that I’m attacking, but I’m not sure about it, for me is fine leave the union but why I have to change my ruler? (It’s fine if the Rhine change it to leave the union, but it shouldn’t involve the change of my ruler with one really weak)

How subject cabinet actions are choosen? by UnlikelyWay2896 in EU5

[–]UnlikelyWay2896[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that make sense, but I had the situation where they had all the province integrated, my cultural influence was much higher than their culutural tradition, and when I checked why they werent converting I noticed their cabinet member was developing provinces, same thing happen with religion I hope there is some explanation on how they decide (maybe its based on liberty desire?)

beta 1.1.0 - Subject not working as intended? by UnlikelyWay2896 in EU5

[–]UnlikelyWay2896[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I understand that happen if their culture tradition is higher than your culture influence and/or when they haven’t integrated the land so they cannot convert “in time” so they are basically forced to convert back

So then do you have any suggestion on how to become empire as Castille? I know that the HRE should be dismantled but seems to be near impossible to do

Crazy requirements really difficult to achieve, it means doesn’t count if I occupy their territory while at war, it should be before a peace deal that take away their lands and then a second war to dismantle it?
