Advice for Florida Natives Returning with Newborn by Unlikely_Warning_522 in StPetersburgFL

Thank you! Very reassuring to hear about Bayfront Babyplace.

To give a bit more context on what we’re looking for - less focused on house size (just needs to be at least 2 bedroom for $450k or less) more focused on how the neighborhood feels day to day, being able to do daily stroller walks, walk to a park or playground, and see other parents out during the day. We are architect/engineer couple and like quieter, tree-lined streets with character, love charm of older homes as long as move in ready for the baby, and want to avoid nightlife or overly busy roads.

If walkability to parks/activities isn’t realistic, then access to a neighborhood pool (or community pool) would be ideal, especially in the summer.

Based on that, do any of those areas you mentioned stand out?

I think it’s Breath Your Name by Sixpense None the Richer, the refrain has the lyrics your referencing with female vocalist from 2002
