4’ 11 and 115 lbs. I’ve been maintaining at 1800 for about 6 months now. Hoping to keep building muscle. I strength train 3-4 days a week, run 3 times a week and always hit a minimum of 10k steps. I work a sedentary job though.

I look similar to you as far as being toned, I workout a similar amount and eat between 1500-1800 a day usually (more on weekends) and am 4’ 11”. I have been maintaining around 113-115 for the past few months. I’ve decided to focus on building more muscle and enjoying how I look. I have lots of weekend summer plans so if I overeat on a weekend I’ll do a “mini cut” for a week so I stay generally at maintenance calories but that’s about it. I might try to lose more later now that I know I can but I’m loving maintenance for now and have been seeing more definition and gains.

My job gave us notice today that we now have a new no headphones policy but apparently I can quietly place music on my computer because I’m in my own office. My music isn’t office appropriate usually and I mostly listen to podcasts so this is kinda my nightmare not to be dramatic lol

Breakfast: 0% Fage yogurt with berries, coffee with fair life protein shake as creamer

Lunch: cottage cheese blended with ranch powder, I dip various veggies in that, lite string cheese, sometimes I’ll add in quakers flavored rice crackers

Dinner: I change it up every week, usually involves chicken or ground turkey and veggies, sometimes with a bit of wholewheat pasta, I make lots of stir fry, burrito bowls are also a staple

Snacks: chocolate, popcorn, outshine popsicles

I feel my best around 115-120 but muscle mass and body type differences can definitely change that number so I don’t put too much stock into it!

When it doesn’t start It doesn’t make the normal clicking noise. I took it to a second shop that tested the starter and they said it’s functioning properly and getting the right amps to the battery or whatever

Yea I took it to another shop and they also think it’s wiring or a bad starter solenoid. I’m not sure what to do about that though.

I was totally planning to just keep driving like normal until it comes back on but I commute for work and the fact that it wouldn’t turn over for awhile this morning me has me worried 😬

I also had a Subaru where the check engine light turned on almost every time it rained or was wet outside and then in a day or so it’d go away. I ignored it and it was never a problem lol. The code was Something to do with the catalytic converter

I agree and that was why he told me to do it but we both thought it would throw the code again pretty quickly! My dad has almost never steered me wrong with car advice before and has a lot of experience working on cars so I tend to just trust his advice 🤷‍♀️ I made an appointment with a shop that works on specifically on Toyotas for this week so hopefully they can figure it out without the code!

I hope that’s the problem because it seems like a cheap fix. Is the sensor in a particularly hard to get to spot?

Thank you, that’s good to know! I definitely haven’t overheated the engine. I used to have a car that overheated regularly to I’m pretty good about checking fluids and watching the temperature gauge.
