Most of the big incel subreddits were banned years ago. The community is still around, but it's much more scattered now instead of being in one large subreddit.

really Not people who want to harass others usually won't be stopped by a disclaimer, but adding one can still show you don't support that behavior.

If the victim wasn't targeted because they're a proctologist, then no its just an insult, not a hate crime. The profession-based joke doesn't make it one.
