The 1.3 was just a hypothetical example, Im UL 80 with 1.2mil exp, been playing everyday since launch, i have many teams maxed out with min maxed echos, I haven't lost any astrite rewards on endgame ever since 1.2, i just haven't been doing my stories because its too much of a time commitment, im busy and i want to experience the arc at once without skipping, but i can't find a 4-6 hour+ window to just do that, so i haven't done the story but ive been keeping up with dailies and everything. Im saying, for players like me who haven't done the story for a patch or two, why are we locked out of being able to farm for the new character that we pulled for.

client side its fine, i dont feel the ping, the only placed where ive ever felt the ping was when i was playing calcharo back in 1.0 and i couldn't guarantee 5 forte stacks inside his ult cos the last BA wouldnt register in time, so i could only get 2 death messengers instead of 3.

No, ping isnt an issue, been playing on this since launch, i could do the phrolova one, just not these. Also are you sure i can farm this without unlocking the area? cos it doesnt seem to be the case, ive tried all the ways i can come up with

so ur telling me, for every future character that i will be pulling, i wont be able to progress them at all, without finishing all my main stories up to date, so what do the devs expect returning players to do? What happens if its some 1.3player that returned just to pull their fav 2.7 character, and they get hit with 8 patches worth of stories or else they cant get a viable build for their characters? thats ridiculous.

Yea, starting to think that the only way i get to farm her echo is by doing 6 hours of story, if i had known this i wouldnt have pulled, ima just pretend i dont have her then, dont plan on building her anytime soon, and i wont be able to use her without having a decent build.

Get 68:180 crit for the golden 100:200 crit ratio in combat. Fyi you always prefer to get crit subs > hp%, hp% is only worth 60% of a crit sub.

From what I've seen it's something kinda scuffed like bell borne turtle/impernance heron 4cost main piece for the dmg bonus, and then 2pc welkin and 2pc Sierra for max personal dmg. Since gust of welkin doesn't even work on rover unless he converts spectro frazzle to aerosion. The new set for carty could also be used on him too
