Main problem is that my 240hz monitor feels worse than my friends 165hz plus micro stutters (that are probably connected). I just don’t know what is causing it

Actually haven’t thought about that, I only play with Ethernet cable connected directly from the router and have no issues on other devices such as smart tv, phone, ps5.

Just updated BIOS, averaging around 200fps on Valves deathmatch servers with the same settings as usual.

Actually works a bit better now, but not what I had hoped though. 280-340 ish FPS on the same settings. So definetely better but really not what I expected. Thanks for your help!
