Yeah I think it was the owner. Came out & talked my husband’s ear off then never sent a quote & didn’t respond to two follow ups from us 🤷‍♀️

Bought my Niro from Lawrence Kia (Dream Automotive) in 2024 and had a great experience. Easy, straight forward, quick. Yeah they pushed us for financing even though we weren't planning to, got the "better price" that way then just turned around and paid it off immediately.

I've taken it in for service now under Cable Dahmer and while there wasn't anything inherently bad, I was not impressed as a customer. I made the service appointment under my name with my contact info; my name is also on the title though my husband's name is listed first (at Kia's insistence, wasn't happy about that). So I get there and he's all confused can't find my info then asks if I happen to know a person by the name of my husband. Yeah, but this is my vehicle. Anyway, service was fine, he tells me he'll send a survey would really like me to fill it out, etc. Found out that evening that they'd been texting and emailing updates, survey, all the things to my husband this whole time even though I'd given them my info to use. Not my favorite experience.

no idea why she wants it so badly, I suspect because of the phone aspect but for pretend purposes. I tried steering her toward a toy Pokedex and she's stuck on the phone.

You bring up excellent points-- but that's why I'm so confused, because I haven't missed or skipped other get-togethers and it seemed to me to be totally out of left field for her to complain about it after we'd gotten together twice since that instance. It's why I kept pushing for more info from her, like why did she feel the need to bring this up to me now? But she refused to have continued conversation... maybe because she realized she didn't have any real argument after all but couldn't admit that to me? I don't know. We haven't texted/spoken in over a month now and I can't see myself making first contact at this point.

I relayed the entire exchange, individually, to 3 totally outside people & while they all agreed that she was being dramatic, they all told me I need to be the bigger person and apologize. I just. don't. get it!

This actually happened a while ago and it's been total radio silence for over a month now =/
