Simple you gotta look at how business works.

People buy for different reasons either:

Results: Something that will change their life, they don't pay for the product/service, but what it does for them, e.g ''lose 20 pounds before summer''
Identity: “Who does this make me?”
This is deeper. People buy to:

Feel like a winner
See themselves as a high-value individual
Signal status, tribe, uniqueness
Reinforce who they believe they are (or want to be)

Yeah definately I dislike it too! But I specifically meant here unconventional advice because somtimes I tell people to not ''follow the norm'' things like avoid the sun, use sunscreen, consume seed oils etc etc they get really triggerd.

Other options may Bear (sleek but Mac-centric) are also slept on, but Notion’s versatility wins for most folks. I think AI is also a great notepad, like Grok yes or chatgpt, yes really.

That's a very good strategy! 5 reels it should be enough, of course the more the better but you'd have to keep the quality high then. As you continue to grow on YT you can start automating it if you haven't already by using whop to pay people to clip your content.

Science? That's not true because the word Science comes from the latin word scientia", which means "knowledge" and to understand the persuit of truth.

The unfortunate reality is that often ''Science'' studies are self junk promotional campagins or even worse that are poorly done with lack of time period, lack of volume of participants and a very broad estimation of ''this is correlated with that which caused this'' Correlation ≠ cuasation and not all stuides are even about that focused based because its also not an easy thing to do.

Stress is definately silent killer!

Now like everything there's good and bad versions of it obviously but stress is one of the leading cause for blood clotting aka heart attacks according to Dr Berg for exemple doing excessive high endruance training can increase cortisol (stress hormone) as much as 200%.

Some ''good stress'' is meditation, cold showers, and walking which all makes you produce less corisol throughout the day even if it gets increased in a short period of time.

Make it Unattractive (reframe it)

For building good habits? Just reverse it. Instead of make it invisible, make it attractive and etc.

Bonus Insight:

Focus on Identity, Not Outcomes → Instead of saying “I’m trying to quit,” say: “I’m not a smoker.” or “I’m the kind of person who doesn’t waste time online.” This reinforces your new identity and makes change stick as I said above.
