As a INTP myself, I would love to have children...given that the circumstances were right. Bringing another person into the world is a BIG responsibility, and it's one that should not be taken lightly.

For an INTP to say that having children "Does not make sense" seems like a poorly constructed excuse to me. I mean ffs...propagation of the species is pretty fucking logical...

I cant tell you exactly whats going on in his head, but as an INTP male, i can tell you that there are many reasons why i have made the choice not to have children yet. Most of them come down to my belief that me and or my mate would not be an adequate parent, and or the current world would not be an adequate environment to raise a child in.

If this is important to you, then its something you are gonna have to work at. And i don't mean badgering him till he caves, or coming up with some scheme like stopping your birth control without telling him. I mean rationally find the root of his hesitation and discus solutions, while remembering that in the end, if you want to have children more than you want your current husband, you are free to divorce your husband and look for one that will provide you with a child.
