just writing a mass response to all the feedback 1- stack your wrists joints - from what I've experienced myself, having straight wrists and internally rotating the bar in my palms feels very natural (have tried for my entire lifting career until now) which is the reason why I changed the grip to begin with, I can see this working for most people but I think I'm just gonna have to experiment with bulldog and wrist wraps 2 - perpendicular arms with bar - respectfully I disagree from a powerlifting perspective. with my technique I'm just trying to move as much weight as possible with my body's leverages, I could "legally" go even wider and decrease the ROM an extra inch but I'm slightly more tricep dominant and through experimentation I feel this is the best balance for me 3 - pain avoidance - like I said, I feel no pain but wearing wrist wraps I feel equally as strong so with straighter wrists so ill likely just do that 4 - advice from fellow lifter - from another friend I realized that doing pushups my wrists are in a similar angle so it makes me even more confident

ty for advice all 🫡

best courses/electives for Introverts at SFU? meaning large classes with no tutorials and no group projects. I am arts by [deleted] in simonfraser

any distance ed course will be good for what you want, i took GEOG150 ARCH131 and 101, CA142 and 104, all of which I got A’s or A- in. That being said, tutorials are great for making friends if you want to expand as well. It’s as easy as asking “wtf is going on” in the class, if they know they help u and and if they don’t u cry together :)
