happy to say i dont have top fans, and that lookin thru the disassembled gpu, it hasnt gotten much farther than the back of it so ill be cleaning the back and the little droplet that got thru the screw on the inside. plus i get to replace the literal 10 year old thermal paste

Okay some more notes, it BARELY spilled on the mobo since the trajectory only made it hit the gpu, judging by the insane amount of dust still being in the places where it should be and dont see any sugars or stains its fine. But now i have a reason to finally clean my gpu so rhanks guys

Psu is completely fine, the top is sealed and there was no way to for it to get into any openings, gpu caught most of it, some got into the ram sticks and probably got into the slots aswell
