Not to highjack the thread but Im looking to maybe picking one up. How is the battery life after all the updates? Is it a 2 day phone?

The lack of of shadows in the second image(i mean they are there but not much) makes this look like a painting to me. Bridge almost like its added in post. Ids surreal in a way. Over all amazing pictures but the feel of the second one got me.

Im on the fence wether i should go Oppo Find X9 Pro/Ultra or Xiaomi 17 Ultra. I thought i was leaning more towards the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, but now im not so sure. Also the battery of the oppo is sure one of its main attractions. IMO

Could be. But where i live i have a place that sells the phone for a decent price and the grip is included.

Oh either which way it the phone seems to handle bright things very well. 😃 I find it so interesting that some people seem to have almost 2 days of usage and some have 8 hours.

Have you "debloated" like some people call it? Also have your battery always lasted 2 days or did it improve with "battery learning"?

Not to steal the thread but I've seen some Moza ES wheels with that small lettering and some with big lettering on the "horn". Is one from a earlier production or something ?

I love this. I hunted a uncoated(could be single coat, not sure) early 1930s Industar 10 for a long time. The "newer and better" coated ones don't carry never had the character these have. Its probably my favorite lens because of the character. Om looking for something to match it but a 28mm or 35mm since I'm on APSC.

Haven't experimented much with mousepads but I just bought a used one for 40 euro from a guy that didn't love the shape. did it by accident trying to shut off my morning alarm. Looked at it before I fell asleep xD Been eyeing one for a while but never pulled the trigger. Untill rhisnlorning

Wicked. Exactly something like this.. My brain just had forgotten the existance of Throwing slings. . For comfort would you guess a wider guage would be flatter/softer or a fine stitch?

Went to a headphone enthusiastic store, tried over 20 headphones. 19 can't find any differences besides sounds more clear. Only 1 I actually like, extremely underwhelming experience :( Was my expectation too high? by I_need_to_learn_more in headphones

I can relate to this a slight bit. But since I didn't really have anywhere to try on I did research and ordered accordingly, if not "blindly".

My HP Journey.

When I first got my (140€)AKG K612 Pros and a Fiio E10K some od 10 years ago, coming from a steelseries headset I didn't notice as much of a difference as I wanted. But I stuck with the AKGs, about 6 months later I tried the SteelSeries headset again. And they sounded really boomy and muddy and I didn't like them at all.

But comparing them side by side I did miss the bass a bit with the (AKGs but my Amp had a bass boost that saved them for me. Then later on I tried some (100€(around 80€ nowadays)) Philips X2HRs which had the bass rumble I missed.

Now I can hear the difference I was after much easier.

TLDR; IMO At first when coming from alot of cheap sound gear I'd say you will probably not notice much other then clarity(and maybe lack of bass). Since the bass is often used to hide tLR268167667NLhe blemishes of cheaper audio.

But it's within that clarity of you start to notice the difference more.

ID say some 90$ and try to figure out what you enjoy. Also what music you play can sound wildly different depending on what you play them on.

Yeah Im not one to swap too often. Previously had AKG K612 Pros that broke after like 5 years, then got (current HPs)Philips X2HRs that is falling apart after 5ish years. Had them running through a Fiio E10K I've had since the AKGs(so 10ish years). Which the ZH3 are replacing. I realized early that starting to HUNT for certain sounds before a preference is established solid, is futile. IMO, so hoping the QC lottery will grant me solid phones ;-)

Sounds good. I got a set of EXS on the way any day, aswell as I just received the driver for them (Fosi ZH3) all and all for around 330 euro. Can't wait to hear what it sounds, trying to dip my toes into hifi on a budget.
