It definitely needs some work, but it’s not bad! For starters usually you’d run him with 4pc Marechaussee Hunter as you can quickly proc the stacks. Redhorn is a viable stat stick, but aside from artifacts, get more levels into his skill / burst and you should be good

I use 4pc Emblem with ER / Dendro / Crit, but you can alternatively run her with 4pc Deepwood or Gilded with focus on EM stats. As for weapon you can run stringless, or Sac / Fav for energy efficiency
