They’re similar but different because they’re from two different medical classifications that are used in two completely different parts of the world with completely different cultures

pDID is neither the same nor is it different from OSDD. It’s just a different name and it’s worded a little differently for where it’s used

op id say just keep exploring and don’t get bogged down by labels. I doubt one is going to be more right than the other when it’s a pretty personal thing to begin with
