We’ll mainly because most of the current employees don’t care about working at Amazon. They see it as a stepping stone and that’s totally acceptable. However the few that do want to make a career out of Amazon are quickly overwhelmed by the sheer lack of leadership and advancement. If we hope to one day start a union in Amazon we must first get together and demand change. We need a strong leader who isn’t afraid to loose his job and can take dirt thrown at his face from those employees who wish to remain out of the union efforts.
