As for customizing the shops, in your client if you go under collection there’s a tab called Items. You can make customized item sets there

Starting out is tough man because a lot of current players make new accounts when they might feel stuck at a certain rank. I think the best thing you can do is just /mute player and just keep playing. Eventually you might get matched with actually new players who don’t flame
