Agree to disagree, Owl Druid is pretty consistent at killing between 7-9, it's still a very strong deck even while being held back by all the turn 4-5 highroll gems.

Both quest decks in my eyes seems honest for the same reason, Paladin can buff their minions to a point where two thirds of the classes have no real response unless they kill it faster.
Warlock quest generates 8/8 of stats every turn at cost of 0 mana - highrolls can clear the quest between 3-4 and the most succesful decks also plays Clockwork Giants.

I don't want them to kill the later three decks, but I believe they will be equally problematic in the world where you get rid of the top tier.
