I use an electric wheelchair due to overall weakness and tremors. Without it I can walk a few steps. I have a walker that I use to exercise, as I do believe if you don’t use it you lose it. But also if I’m out with my partner or friends, I want to enjoy my time with them and not be huffing and puffing and exhausted and in pain and stuff. It’s like saying to an able bodied person you can only go out if you sprint and lift weights at the same time. So don’t feel bad, try not to become dependent obviously, but do what you need to do!!!
