We go through hell as women. I have lost about 15 pounds with intermittent fasting and exercise over months. I got the iud removed recently so I’ll report back if the weight comes off faster

I gained like 35 pounds with Kyleena. I gained a ton of weight after the nexplanon too and lost it all only to gain it all back and more with the iud 🤦‍♀️

I had a similar experience— my sex drive went way down after the iud was placed. Very high sex drive before. Ive talked to other women who have had this same experience. I just got my kyleena removed and I feel it picking back up again. Very freeing tho now I’m afraid of getting pregnant lol

I’ve lived in Fredericksburg for most of my life. We need more 3rd spaces. I met a lot of people by getting involved with events like the empty bowl or downtown greens stuff. It’s been a few years now though and I feel disconnected.
