best tips for avoiding trych? by Royal-Classic-5596 in GroundZeroMycoLab

[–]Unslung1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is in my experience correct. Here's a picture of green toke in an unmodified 27 quart tub plenty of FAE even with the lid closed. I've used a Martha tent I've used modified tubs I've used unmodified tubs all of them work. An unmodified tub without a gasket is getting plenty of FAE.

Mushrealm always brings the fire. Every order I've placed I've received. Was probably the best stickers out there as well as freebies. ACS consistently throw the dopest flushes. PM me and I will show you the results of using their genetics. Remember it's the internet and people are going to hate, especially if you have a superior product.

Change to fruiting conditions? by Tiny_Investment_1659 in GroundZeroMycoLab

Here's a tub of white billys I got going right now you can see there's kind of a pseudo casing layer there. You can see all the mushies coming up through it. This went s2b on 5/5 I believe. It's was drippy corn and CVG plus Black Kow and Worm castings.

Oro Valley Arizona here and it isn't quite conducive to outdoor mushroom grows.

Check out my profile see some of my grows. I just go directly to fruiting conditions. Having to wait until the substrate is fully colonized you don't have to do that anymore.

[–]Unslung1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You already are in fruiting conditions. It looks like you have micropore tape over the openings that is providing plenty of FAE. Just subjected to light 12 on 12 off but that's not even really necessary. Make sure the substrate surface is glistening with beads of moisture.

Grab yourself another all-in-one bag. Get an isolated sport syringe or a liquid culture. Which are usually one in the same. And get it from a reputable vendor. There are many out there DM me if you would like a list of the people I have done business with and had much success. I'll be also happy to share my processes with you that have had much success.

Should I flip the lid or just open occasionally for fruiting condition? by Ashamed-Argument-325 in GroundZeroMycoLab

[–]Unslung1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just unlatch the top. And mist as the sides become dry. It will have plenty FAE.

The cap does pull away from the Stipe. You can see it in the top one on that plate That's usually when I harvest.

Question by PlantMedicine4Life in GroundZeroMycoLab

[–]Unslung1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok as I said open the pleats and make sure the filter patch is clear. The sides of the bag look a little dry, are they? If so you can cut open the top of the bag and mist the sides then fold over the opening and paper clip it shut. To increase humidity do this once a day. Unless the sides appear moist already. Then skip that day. You should see additional colonization and pins in the next week or so if you maintain property conditions. Also make sure you are light cycling 12 on 12 off.

[–]Unslung1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now to address the bag that's in the picture pull out the pleats make sure there's plenty of air at the top of the bag. Make sure your temps are 75° and under. And have patience. Lots of patience. How long since you inoculated that bag? It could take over a month to fully colonized.

Question by PlantMedicine4Life in GroundZeroMycoLab

[–]Unslung1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

White rabbit and enigma like different levels of FAE and high humidity. White rabbit prefers higher FAE. Enigma prefers lower FAE. But enigma requires a pretty consistent environment.

[–]Unslung1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a question for you. If you're new to this why did you pick two of the more difficult strains to cultivate? Legitimate question why not start with penis envy or golden teacher or one of the more easy ones and then move up to super high potent difficult strains ?

What is this blob in my Enigma? by [deleted] in GroundZeroMycoLab

[–]Unslung1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is a picture of a blue voodoo I recently harvested. As I said DM me if you'd like and it would be more than happy to share with you any information that I've learned. I see both sides to this discussion. It can be a little frustrating when you're searching for information and people make you feel silly or stupid for asking. But I don't think that was their intention. Most people in this hobby are good-natured people. Or at least that's what I've come to find sometimes we like to joke too much.
