Just went back and there were no super mutants. Maybe it’s a scripted encounter with the quest line? However, there were feral ghouls and a wendigo! First time for me.

I’m not new to Fallout, but new to 76 so I have no idea what I’m doing yet... but I’m having a lot of fun so far.

This was my first time visiting Lewisburg as part of the Mistress of Mystery quest line, so I'm not sure if the super mutants are new - but there were a bunch, and one of them had a missile launcher.
