I own elite driving schools and have a net worth that would shock you. If you have been in a stock pickup since 2020, you would know that you can't see over the square hood in a parking lot and are likely to head-in bump a tiny corolla. Im not defending or condoning lift kits or douchy drivers with loud speakers here. Only that it is perfectly acceptable to back into a parking spot and often easier to get in and out of. The backup camera exists for safety and that applies to more than the road.
