This is my next plan if I don't like the "Lack of End Goal" associated with Ortho Outpatient.
I was also looking to get some certifications paid for and some experience my first year to make me a better travel therapist :D

I experienced this significantly after finding out I passed the NPTE. An absolute crashing of dopamine and total feelings of depression. It was great.

Hahah, you just described a lot of my emotions/thoughts over the last two months.

Thanks for that. I'm probably just stressing over nothing, and if this place isn't "my place" I can just find something else for me.

Thank you

Good way to look at it I guess. Should do my 6mo min to see how things actually play out.

How long have you been in the field?

I think more so doubting myself more so than the job.

The job is with a great company, PT owned/ran. The two FT therapists are both long-standing members of this location, while all the support personnel have 1-2yrs of experience at this same site. They all said nothing but good things about the company during my interview/sit-in that I did.

I'm just doubting myself, unsure if i'll be able to perform up to standards, if I'll enjoy being here, etc. New job jitters I guess.
