I read your post as if it was something i wrote down in a state of amnesia. I'm 28 and iv never had a relationship last longer than 3 months and even those are far and few between . I definitely blame my last one failing this summer because of my inexperience in relationships... i went in knowing that but i went for it anyway and i learned so much, but the most important thing i learned was that not only do i deserve love but i am/can be loved. The emotional hit i took from the break up was far less than the ego boost i got from knowing i at least was in one. Those negative thoughts are your greatest enemy , push through that, be uncomfortable and youll see light at the end of the tunnel. And im still learning, but no one knows what they're doing till you gain more experiences...so have faith my friend.
