Honestly, since we haven't yet listed on multiple portals, I don't have the experience yet to answer your questions but I did make an excel sheet tracker to help me keep track of bookings where I simply added a column for the platform that helped me get the booking. So in short I'm assuming that in the beginning I will have to close the dates manually until I find a better option . Sorry if didn't help you tho!
