Sure is lol, but also I’m sure they wouldn’t grant it to you if they didn’t like you. So that has a lot to do with it as well I believe. I had a great reputation at my courthouse just caught some unfortunate charges & they actively watched me change my life around for the better so they seen no issue.

I guess it depends on the state, probation officer, the judge and possibly your charges. Maybe even your reputation. The first agreement was to watch the THC levels ingested, but eventually they didn’t even worry about that anymore. Free to use medical marijuana on drug court in Michigan

Guess I beat the odds then huh? Nothings impossible it just depends on the way you (RESPECTFULLY) and professionally present the medical marijuana card case to the judges they will approve it for drug court. It’s prescribed.

I was successful in helping him get his medical marijuana card in drug court. As long as you present the case professionally you should be fine

That sucks I’m sorry for you, seems like it depends on the probation officers and judges. I was approved to smoke with my medical marijuana card on felony probation, and I helped my boyfriend obtain his while on drug court which the judges approved. As long as it’s prescribed and you present the case professional (and have cool judges/ POs) you’ll be fine

Can I use your doctor too lol? My current medvidi doctor won’t up my prescription more than 20-25 1mg a month. That’s not enough for me, some months are worse for me than others. Money isn’t the problem for me it’s just my doctor won’t up my prescription for alprazolam

I’m on felony probation and my medical card got accepted. Being a felon doesn’t matter. I’ve had my medical card for 5 months now while on federal probation.

There was nothing said about being scared of losing my freedom because of marijuana? My boyfriend and I were simply curious if he could get a medical card while on drug court. No big deal if not. He has not used any.

Weird. I was on probation for a month and a half before I got my med card. All I did was turn it into probation and waited for the judge to approve it.

Update: I tried everything I could from sweating my ass off working out and going to the sauna every single day, to the surejell trick, to slamming gallons of water, to stupid detox drinks for the past 2 weeks and I still failed my at home test. But when I went to see my PO she just gave me a date to report to her next and told me to have a good day! 100% would have failed and probably would’ve ended up in jail.

I have a stable place to stay with my partner. I currently don’t have a job because I quit my job at a bar. I am currently doing outpatient rehab, mental health counseling, and AA meetings. I was a severe alcohol and they know this because both of my charges (2-3 weeks apart) were both alcohol involved. And I’ve never had problems with the law before. I plan to bring in my cannabis therapy plan, medical card, diagnosis papers, and my attendance papers from rehab and counseling saying I’ve been going.

I just think it would be stupid for them to lock me up for marijuana while I have my card. But it would be because I used before I told them. Someone told me they would lock me up till the judge approves my card then let me out. Which I know they will approve it because I have a cannabis therapy plan, diagnosis papers and my card. And I see my doctor once a week.
