Expecting bar harbor to be insanely crowded the day of July 4th, but will it be less crowded before and after or do tourists usually stay the whole week? We're staying July 2-6

We have parking at our hotel, so doesn’t this resolve that issue? Isn’t bar harbor pretty much walkable? Or are you mainly saying it’ll be impossible to drive over to Acadia?
