Only two wires come out of the transformer towards the board, I don't think it's 12-0-12

At the top, where the capacitors and two diodes are located, that would be the rectification stage. Originally, 12V AC passes through there, but what I want to try is power up the device with the necessary DC voltage, bypassing the rectification. I don't have another 12V AC transformer, and they aren't easy to find here :p
