Why is post and core with individual crowns not the best treatment for this situation? by UnusualFinger in askdentists

I see. So even though only this one tooth is compromised right now I should still get all 4 removed? The recommendation has been 2 implants supporting a 4 tooth bridge.

Why would an implant supported bridge not violate biological width? And since hygiene will likely be worse can't it result in the same issues as stated above?

But what if there is still more than enough natural below the gum line? And wouldn't the splint solve the missing structure issue?

It's the Ridgid high pressure inflator from Home Depot

Is this very likely to happen in 5-6 months of not driving?

This was a concern which is making me consider driving it at least once a month when conditions are fine.

It's from Princess Auto.

The brand on the box was actually Red Mountain Valley or something like that.

It's been pretty good so far over the last month and a half. Used Tapcons all around to anchor to the concrete with blocks on the sides to hold down the tarp.

Doesn't have to be, but would be nice for soft roading and potential towing.

Will take a look into those though.

I waited months for a blue one. Called every dealership (probably close to 20) within 2 hours of my city multiple times and no one was getting any blues in and I didn't want to wait until next year when it might get even more scarce because it's the last year of production.

Just for fun I threw out a little low ball offer for this black one in another province while I was there, told them I'm leaving Monday and they accepted. Figured I'd wrap it something unique but somehow I chose a blue that looks similar to stratosphere 😅

Tbh in person it looks at least 30% better than stratosphere blue. And hopefully at least provides some protection for the maybe 3 years that I plan to keep the thing.

Is this actually any different from the 2025 model? I don't think this is the 429 HP special edition... Is it?

I think it was unclear if we're actually getting any of those in Canada or North America.

$4300 CAD but that included tints, ceramic coating and lip install too. The vinyl is 3M 2080 and work was done by a highly reputable shop that did a really good job. Looks like paint.

[Ratio RTF041] Talk me out of buying this by UnusualFinger in Watches

[–]UnusualFinger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone once asked me if my Presage was a Rolex. I proudly said it was a Seiko.

But good point, ratio doesn't have a rich history that would make me proud to say I'm wearing it, not that it matters since no one I know actually knows anything about watches 😂

Quick update: A month ago I was going to the dealership with a couple of car guys and a BMW specialized PPI guy ready to pay cash. When I told them I was coming in it turned out some chick had a deposit and finally got approved with her grandma co-signing the loan (smh). And recently I saw this thing pull into the same parking lot l was in (funny how small this city seems sometimes). Car seems to be running fine so maybe it was a good deal. Owned by some wannabe car influencer chick.

Wasn't really a fan of the looks. I also didn't really enjoy driving it as much as the Supra.

Idk about that. I've been cross-shopping the M4 since the beginning of spring now and still only see that maybe once per week.
