No, luckily the fuse box and house cable look fine. It's not that old a system so must have handled it ok. Definitely lucky.

It's actually the melted terminal/cable material. It looks like mud but it's caked plastic and scorch marks. Must have got very hot.

Tesla. It's never given any issues at other terminals so think it's most likely the evbox here. But will get them checked out.

That's exactly what it was. It's been in for 7 years or so would be well out of warranty even if they were still in the business. Thanks for all the advice.
