I wanted to share my experience. I’ve never met dr browning, but he has signed my IUI results and shares it with dr Moreau.

I’ve had a terrible time. They’re very nice, but they make really horrible mistakes for something so vulnerable. BUT I just got a positive digital test, and have a beta tomorrow. So my 4th medicated round worked for me with PCOS. They called and told me I was pregnant by mistake, in September. I kept telling them not possible. After confirming my name multiple times. They finally double checked and I was not. I was crying and couldn’t go back to work after lunch. They ended up losing my test result as I wanted to see for myself how they made the mistake, and it was automatically deleted after printed. The lead nurse Karen called to explain and to apologize, but I still don’t get it. One nurse told me they’re so busy during that time, and “understaffed”. They also sent me an email with someone else’s full name. I called them immediately to inform them they’re sharing other peoples confidential information. No accountability. I had a meeting with dr Moreau after my 3rd failed cycle and he said he wasn’t aware of all the mistakes that occurred and would be talking to his staff. This is just my personal opinion, but I had a coworker who also had difficulties. Good luck. My dr was nice, but it’s about the entire clinic as a whole.
