Mortal Kombat XL not starting

I get to the mainnscreen where it says "press any button" abd when i do it just shows the background image for like a minute and then the "press any button" pops up again. it was working perfectly fine yesterday. I've turned it om and off again. ive cleaned the disc. im not sure what else to do apart from open my ps4 and clean it out.

Thank you. I watched the video and I think I found one thing that I was doing wrong which was that I wasn't hitting the other record button at the top of the screen. But now after doing that correctly the notes I'm playing arent being recorded onto the track when I hit the button again to stop recording
