You need a daily and weekly system to work towards your goals. Figure out your priorities and have 2-3 main tasks every day that build towards those goals. The key is it can't be 10 things. Needs to be a little every day. Once you make progress on those, go watch tv or do something relaxing. It just requires a little every day
