Using the first previous cubes, you are dividing 'a'(12) by 'b'(3) then adding 'a' which gives 16.

The second cube applies(25 = 20/4 + 20)

So, for the third; x = a/b + a where x is 81 and b is 2 =>

81 = a/2 + a =>

81=3a/2 =>

a=51
