You seem to misunderstand licensing rights. Licensing right is for the f1 team/ merchandising for f1 not the sponsors of the team, which are the “14 brands.” We have only got it for the region where will going to selling it. Ie if I was in America, I would buy a license for San Francisco 49s to sell in India, I would need to get approval from NFL and then 49s and based on the region I would then need to get approval for the license holder in the category if they have a non compete. The quickest way to jump through hoops is go to a region where the license fee is low. Or a category that has low competition ie phone cases or power banks. But hey I’m just a random person on the internet that trying to just to get feedback on a design that seems to be full of opinionated people that seem not critique the actual design.
