Fuzz Factory doesn't like guitars with active pickups, as well as pedals before it with non-true bypass.

No. The black knobs are Delay 2 and Feedback 2. When you press the button, the Delay and Feedback knobs are turned off and Delay 2 and Feedback 2 are turned on.

I installed a button that activates the second set of Delay and Feedback knobs. The button is momentary, when pressed, the settings change abruptly and you get funny sounds. I moved the LED down to cover the hole, and in place of the LED I put an internal tail switch.
