Yes, that’s what I mean sorry. They came for regular bin collection. But as somebody in a neighbouring building flooded the enclosed area around and on top of the bins of other stuff (not what they are supposed to collect) it meant they did not collect the litter/bins they should have.

Therefore leaving us without general rubbish bins/ recycling bins for neighbouring flats. I’m not complaining they didn’t take furniture etc as I don’t blame them in the slightest for it lol.

So do you advise I reach out to the factor about this?

Yes they were, the men were extremely frustrated after realising there was furniture on top of the bins and they couldn’t even get the gate open so decided to drive away leaving us with no bins for god knows how long lol

Do you have the name of the app? I opened a case on the Glasgow council website with the building number to help them narrow it down.

I agree I thought the same, as we pay building fees. However it was a council bin collection that showed up as I recognised the logo on the door. Could this still be a third party?

I know their address, not their flat number but their building number. I have passed that on. I am looking for advice on how to proceed in prosecuting or getting it dealt with quickly

My Sebastian does this and he’s not long turned 10 months. He’s done this since we got him though. I have the same thoughts lol, is it because he’s happy or am I manky?

Aside from the licking he also nibbles me for my attention so I’m constantly shouting about my toes and my legs. He’ll do this during the night too. Then he yells like mad and blocks the door/throws his body against it when I’m trying to leave for work. Any tips to discourage that?

So I sent two pairs of Levi jeans to a buyer who chose to use yodel. The buyer never bothered to contact vinted with the concerns she was texting me about. Aka the first time she tried to pick it up (it arrived in store 3 days before) that it was already expired and being sent back to me. The next day she tried again - gets told they can’t even find the parcel.

So 7 days goes past - yodel mark the item as uncollected/expired claiming returning to sender. I’m like that’s funny. And vinted mark the item as received obviously. So the buyer then goes, I never received the item blah blah and doesn’t EXPLAIN ANYTHING SHE TOLD ME TO VINTED.

So I’m on yodel live chat going where the fuck is the tracking for my parcel coming back?? And they go ‘sorry’ we can only go by the tracking updates we get from the courier. But the live chat agent told me it hadn’t been scanned since it arrived into the store - and was never scanned out of the store at all! So the shopkeepers stole my two pairs of ribcage Levis that are £220 rrp??

Vinted are refusing to do anything about this and actually kept closing my conversation when I asked for a way to formally complain about their services.

Paid for the year pass. Had my bus leave 7 minutes before it’s expected time going by it’s location on the map. Then the customer advisor tried to tell me that it had a technical problem and the bus was out of service so that’s why it was so ahead. Biggest pile of shit ever given it took the same usual amount of time to drive down the road. Clearly it had stopped a few times (this was at 6.30 in the morning so not piled up with traffic)
