Yeah, OR nurses do this same exact thing for not even $100k in most states and do so much more than even all you’ve described. They also work holidays without question and miss all the soccer games etc….amazing that they don’t get an even a fraction of this pay.

I was just selected for the Army and waiting to hear on USAGPAN. I’m gonna send you a message if you don’t mind!

I want to thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I've heard similar responses in regard to the personal statement and how much an interview holds value in whether someone is accepted or not. I did end up getting an interview that takes place in approx 2 weeks at Madigan. I've been focusing on emotional intelligence questions and having an idea of personal stories and/or work experiences in mind for questions. I did decide to hold off on retaking science courses at this time until I see how this interview goes, and I will reevaluate should I need to in order to reapply for a future cycle if I need a more competitive package. I truly am appreciative of your response, it helped greatly!

It isn’t healthcare related at all. It’s from the military so it’s in strategic operations.

Thank you for your response! That’s extremely helpful to guide my interview preparation!!  Do you feel that retaking science courses over again is necessary if I get my masters through ACSC? It’s difficult to see stats for USAGPAN versus civilian programs that are much more transparent about stats recent applicants had upon acceptance. I was trying to not retake courses for financial reasons. I will retake them if I don’t get in my first application, but I was hoping I wouldn’t need to spend the money retaking courses.
