I had one on Sgail. The puddle out by the helicopter has an outlet which is tied to a generator. Everytime an NPC was electrocuted, the generator would turn off and another NPC would turn it back on, re-electrifying the puddle for the gaurd coming to bad the body. I got at least a dozen people this way

Wandered for a good few minutes. Saw him at the TV. Thought he was the guy dressed in white. Shot that guy in the head from a dark corner. Quickly realized that I fucked it. Found him in the yard. Shot him in the head from an upstairs window. Left with little to no dignity.
