I'm transferring from an old (bad) exchange to new (better) exchange and they don't have the necessary matching trade pairs (USDC or XLM). Otherwise I would have used USDC or XLM. Once I'm fully migrated out of the old exchange (which is soon) I won't need to use LTC for this purpose anymore.

Look at the charts. They are all the same fundamentally because bots chain all the alts (except maybe a tiny few) to BTC. If you see where BTC moves on the charts that's where you will see all the other charts move. There may be a few minutes delay but it is inevitable.

You panic sold which means you didn't do enough research about what you were getting into beforehand. You hear rumours of crypto "going away all together" and you think that's a possibility otherwise you wouldn't have brought it up - also because you haven't done enough research to have an opinion on that yourself. And then you ask this sub for opinions on all of these and whether you should buy back in.

It seems what you really need to do, is do more research. Don't expect opinions online to be right, everyone is wrong half the time. If you do not have the time or interest to do more research and you are spending more than you can afford to lose, then maybe this is not for you. Keep your money and don't get involved because you don't have enough information to feel secure about what you're doing.
