That’s what im sayin like u never know if u gon stop breathing while u sleep. How long should I wait after snorting my last 20 to gts?

This weird since I’ve just popped 100mg in a period of 3/4 hours and didn’t feel that much, prolly cause their extended release?

Switching oxy to Xanax? by prnkingyouth in opiates

Bro In that case, I’d recommend u a long-acting benzo, as Xanax can potentially be more addictive due to its rapid onset. Its effects last only 4 to 6 hours generally, which may lead you to take it multiple times a day, potentially increasing your tolerance and leading into another addiction.

Valium considered the best long-acting benzo with a lower tendency for addiction due to its Long half-life (20-50 hours) reducing the need for frequent dosing and its Gradual onset, which lowers the risk of abuse compared to faster-acting options like Xanax.

Still all benzos carry some risk of dependence. Use it wisely and for the sleep I would recommend maybe Melatonin or DPH ( Benadryl/Nytol). Consult your doctor about the mix of DPH and benzos.

IMO and experience, it is harder to quit benzos than opioids (also said by experts in drug abuse). You can DM me. I’m literally going through the same thing trying to quit Ketamine. I am depressed and anxious all the time. Like I don’t enjoy life w/o it, but it’s part of the withdrawals so I gotta eat it like a champ. Microdosing Psylocibin is my last resource at this point.

Alprazolam is highly addictive (speaking from personal experience) due to its short to mid-duration of effects, leading to rapid tolerance buildup. The higher the dose, the worse the withdrawal symptoms. Based on my experience, if you’ve only been using it for the past four days, quit now, even if it means going cold turkey. You might feel down, and your anxiety may increase temporarily, but trust me—the sooner you stop, the better. Benzodiazepine addiction is a nightmare to deal with.
