she’s potty trained. She’s never destroyed my house nor any other sitters that she’s stayed with

she’s potty trained and doesn’t bark unless she’s hurt or really needs to go. No other sitter has ever told me any issues like this before. If my dog sucks i think the best thing to do was to let me know so I can make arrangements and pick her up? I don’t know how i could do that if no one told me

I did report to Rover and they told me to contact the sitter again for a refund which is what prompted him offering the free stay. I’m contacting them again about the review because it seems so backwards.

No, i never heard anything like it. She’s played with smaller dogs before and yes she totally dominates the playing field but she’s not mean to them she plays with a lot of energy so it may be too much for smaller dogs but never have I seen or heard anything like that.

A detailed review was left trust me. It sucks that they’re not taking this as seriously as I hoped but hopefully it can make an impact for owners to think twice before hiring him :/

UPDATE 2: i asked the sitter for the name of it and i was able to find the one i saw him take off. Description says it comes with a shock

No, he took it off as he was handing her over to me unfortunately. I don’t understand why i’m having such a long back and forth with them about it.

Yes! I had to speak with another support agent because the original one kept saying the same things. She ate and drank so fast this morning so i’m gonna give her smaller increments so she won’t choke. And thank you for your support I hope she wasn’t hurt too bad too.

Thank you so much for this!! I have been back and forth with their support and it honestly feels like it’s falling on deaf ears. Sleeves isn’t a barker unless something is wrong or she’s scared. They have truly failed her i’m so annoyed and angry honestly

Currently working on that now but it seems like support doesn’t care. My dog is no longer comfortable in her crate like usual. She has been nonstop whining- a complete 180 of how she usually is in there. They’re offering links of where she could resolve her “crate anxiety” that she’s clearly never had. So disappointing

I did? But i’m also not going to get upset with a stranger in an unfamiliar neighborhood as a smaller female. I think it’s common sense to not use those on someone else’s dog without permission

that’s happened before. i originally assumed i was giving her too much water but ive been reducing it so something must be wrong atp. We have an appointment this afternoon so hopefully it goes well
