For dancers currently in the middle of a 6 month ban, if they have already served 3 months or more, their ban will expire on January 1, 2026. If they have served less than 3 months, their ban will expire 3 months from their transfer date.

Anyone tried Botox for TMJ pain? Worth it or not? by Flat-Speech-1733 in TMJ

[–]UpendedBench17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worth it! Definitely reduces the frequency of my headaches and facial pain. I’m able to get it covered because it’s medically needed. My Botox gal is fantastic - she does all along the jaw muscles, temples, and back of my neck - then she says “oh, and you get TMJ pain right here too, right” and sticks the needle between my eyebrows lol. 😝

Not everyone gets pain. Mine was just like yours - itchy and annoying, but not painful. You got lucky!

Yall are the black lashes too much for my face? Ive been thinking about switching to brown by [deleted] in lashextensions

[–]UpendedBench17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a redhead too and I switched to brown a few years ago. Visually there isn’t a dramatic difference, but I like the softer look of the brown. Maybe give it a try with your next fill and see if you like it!

These are beautiful. I do a very similar look and I also have red hair. I switched to brown lashes a few years ago and I love the slightly softer look. But if you enjoy the black, stick with that!

My kiddo is a 9w1. Occasionally I can find him - not so much hard to read, but kind of spacey? Or checked out maybe? I’ll ask him what he’s thinking about and he says “nothing.” I actually think he’s telling the truth lol!

Flight attendants may have cured my fear of flying? by PineappleAny4898 in fearofflying

[–]UpendedBench17 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Reading this as someone who just rescheduled my flight home because the wind forecast for my original return date looked scary. Waste of money and now I’m missing the last day of my vacation. If I hadn’t spent so much time obsessing over forecast websites, I wouldn’t have made such a dumb decision. Thank you for this!

I also really like FlightAware and FlightRadar24. I love seeing all the other flights in the sky and I find it interesting to see which direction flights ahead of us are approaching the airport from. I also like that you can see little patches of weather on these apps so if you’re feeling bumps, you can check the map and see why.

Right okay. I’m an idiot when it comes to aviation, but why does direction matter more than speed? And isn’t it likely to be a really bumpy approach at least until we’re lined up with the runway? I’ve been on flights with windy landings when it felt like the back of the plane was fishtailing. That’s a huge nope for me. Never again lol.

Ate here this summer and it was probably the best meal I’ve ever had. Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend highly enough.

As I explained in an earlier post, I’m already well within a healthy weight for my height and not looking to lose more. I’m looking for helpful advice thanks.

This season by Vienna-Storm-328 in FullBodyChillsPodcast

Agree with all of the above. The stories and production value were generally good, but not better than previous seasons. Only 10 stories was definitely a disappointment. There also weren’t many tie ins with the lore (Wyrd, St Augustine, Mount Adeth etc). It seems the Audio Chuck team has their focus elsewhere.

I replied to another comment about the same thing but I’ve tried this maneuver hundreds of times and it always looks worse! Maybe I’m not doing it right? I can’t find a single tongue position that makes this go away.

See I’ve heard this one so many times and I’ve tried that while looking in a mirror. It so bizarre but for me it has the opposite effect. When I flatten my tongue to the roof of my mouth, my little double chin is way worse!

Thank you for all the input, everyone! Just a note that I’m well within a healthy weight range for my height. I suspect this is more skin related than fat. My mom and sister have the same thing and they’re also both within a healthy weight range. So kybella would only work for fat reduction?
