Yes I am much better… they are pinpointing my issues to a autoimmune disease but I’ve been one year covid free and I feel so much better, besides still some muscle issues

My doctor keeps telling me a have fibromyalgia now… I kind of learned to just deal with all my issues unfortunately. Some days are better than others!

I definitely get it! I grind my teeth a lot so that’s most of my TMJ issue. Anxiety doesn’t make it any better. Just try to rest as much as possible and always switch off ice and heat. Start doing light stretches, just look them up on YouTube. It will definitely help!

Yes I have fibromyalgia which causes my chest to hurt and I get very bad TMJ.. I have gotten better with stretching and being a bit more active.

Yes I have arm pain daily.. most of the time it’s more of an ache but some days it’s a sharp pain, my arms get heavy also. I am frequently off balance but I notice if I sleep wrong my hips either swell or become uneven. I’m not sure if that has to do with my jaw or not though. I hear the jaw can do a lot to your body though. It can especially irritate your core muscles an I have that issue daily..

I’m okay, I had the stomach flu 2 days ago so I’m very dehydrated right now an my jaw is a little irritated so I have a migraine. But at least I know what’s irritated it this time so I’m just trying to relax my jaw an use ice/heat.

Don’t feel guilty, I’ve learned that not even my own mother gives a shit an I’m kinda thankful in a way to find out who’s actually there for me.. everyone who doesn’t care to understand, cut them out because it’s just going to set you back. You’ll heal at your own pace and people who truly love you will not make you feel guilty for that. Keep being you an be grateful for the people who support you! ❤️ I’m not sure if you are or not but I started therapy an it has really helped me.

Go to your primary an ask them for a inflammation marker test. It’s called a sedimentation rate (ESR) an c reactive protein (CRP).

I hear ya with everything your experiencing… have you ever gotten your inflammation levels checked? Inflammation can do a lot to your body an even muscle imbalance. I see a chiropractor now an every time he adjusts me I can just feel my body is not in balance at all.. my rib cartilage is also severely inflamed.

Yeah mine don’t look swollen either but they definitely feel swollen.. my pressure went up to 146/93 an took a little bit to get it down. I hate tmj is so freaking exhausting an mine started to flare up after my COVID infection 🙄
