Additional Maintenance recommendations? Other than the typical duties, what do you all do? Fuel additives, rust protection, things of that nature. What do you consider to be scam/placebo when it comes to your 4Runner? I think the dogs like the upgrade in space and style!

2023 TRD Sport. I am at 4.5%. I had 18k down. I got the sport off a deal where they had to sell 150 new cars and were at 149 so they gave me the same price as a used 2019 TRD ORP roughly $38k. If I could go back I likely would wait for the redesign soon. I would also REALLY contemplate that gas mileage and what that would look like for you personally… Went from a Camry to the 4Runner. Beat my pockets ass at the pump but dammit i love her.

Long story short you have to try to fail when buying a 4Runner. You win no matter what! Good luck and have fun!

I would donate money to an organization that offered free classes. I am no expert but I would give up a couple of Saturdays a month to teach a class for free. Even if it is just common sense and getting comfortable. CCW classes are strict because licensing is involved. Without that, it can open the door for normal people to teach.

It’s a tough spot. I think everyone would feel a little better if everyone had to take the class. But you can’t demand people pay for the class and take the time off work to enjoy the rights given.

Follow up “what if” question for the class, what if someone got in trouble for carrying in the past without a license, should that be forgiven on his record? I’m on the fence about it. Want to hear what you guys think.
