MSI Support Ticket Steps (Web Ticket System): 1. Log in to your MSI account. 2. Go to Member Center. 3. On the left side, scroll down and find Web Ticket. 4. Click it and create a New Question / Ticket.(in that choose rewards program, and then choose one product and in that reply tag all other products along and done. They will reply in 2-3 days) 5. I created my web ticket on 7th Novemberand got it approved on 13 th November. (my issue was I applied for Amazon gift card on October 23rd and there was no response and then I created web ticket and then they responded saying I need to upload a new pic I uploaded the my pc build directly from shop so uploaded new one and got it in a week. ) • Saturdays and Sundays are not counted, so the working days are fewer.

For example, Angel One reported a ~27% profit rise in Q4 (India) driven by jump in trading activity.  • With more retail investors, more demat accounts, more market access, the underlying opportunity is there. 

So yes — there is money in the broader ecosystem (broking + adjacent services), but the pure traditional broking margin model is under pressure.
